In 2017 we launched our sister company  – Sonoma County Builders, LLC -  which focuses on new home construction.   

 

One of our first projects to be completed March, 2018, is a two-house residential construction project on a two acre property in Sebastopol. SCB has served as supervising contractor for the general contractor who is located in San Diego. During this amazing project, we utilized many of our go-to experienced trade partners for foundation and cement work, framing, plumbing, sheetrock, painting and other trades. We completed many of the phases ourselves. The end result is stunning and the owners are thrilled! 

 

SBC will be primary contractor supervising the production of 15 to 20 new single family homes in the Miramonte Community for residents who lost their homes in the tragic October 2017 fire.
